Draft for business and legal review

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026. This draft describes the website’s current technical data flows. It does not claim that every California privacy law applies to Swift Beard Painters.

Information you provide

When you request an estimate, the website may collect your name, telephone number, email address, requested service, city, project details, the page used to submit the request, and submission date and time.

How estimate requests are handled

The website sends estimate requests to a server endpoint operated for Swift Beard Painters. That endpoint forwards the request to Telegram. The current website also uses EmailJS as a secondary delivery channel after the primary submission succeeds. These providers receive the contact and project information included in the request.

Analytics and advertising choices

Google Analytics 4 is used for optional website analytics. Meta Pixel is used for optional advertising measurement and remarketing. Neither service is loaded until you grant the corresponding permission through Privacy Preferences. You may reject optional tracking and change your preference later.

Cookies and local browser storage

Optional analytics and advertising services may use cookies or similar browser identifiers after consent. The website stores your theme choice and privacy preference locally in your browser. The internal Media Review tool uses local browser storage for project-review work and is not intended as a public customer feature.

Images, maps, and external links

Website images are delivered through Cloudinary’s content-delivery network. The contact page embeds Google Maps, which can receive browser and network information when the map loads. Links to Google reviews and social-media services take you to those providers, where their own privacy terms apply.

Bot protection

The contact form includes a honeypot and server-side validation. The architecture is prepared for Cloudflare Turnstile. If enabled, Cloudflare will process technical information needed to verify that a request is legitimate.

California privacy signals and choices

The website recognizes the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping advertising tracking off. A “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” process may be required depending on business practices and applicable law. Business/legal confirmation required: confirm whether Swift Beard Painters sells or shares personal information as those terms are legally defined, whether statutory thresholds apply, and which request-verification process should be offered.

Retention and access

Business confirmation required: document how long estimate requests, Telegram messages, EmailJS records, analytics records, and advertising records are retained, and who inside the business can access them.

Your questions or requests

For privacy questions or requests, email swiftbeardpainters@gmail.com or call +1 (669) 786-6420. Legal confirmation required: confirm the final request-handling and identity-verification procedure before publishing this notice.
